For the build. As an actual tip, when engaging them, pull up your block. Let them hit the first swing, then parry the 2nd, then go for your attacks. It's easier to parry the 2nd swing than the first one, and less risky, especially if you aren't very good at parrying yet.

Hit things until they die. shattered katana attunementless goes hard. 80 strength for level 5 strength mantras, 30 fortitude for exoskeleton, 25 agility for safety dance and observation + revenge, 0 intelligence, 0 willpower, 25 charisma for tough love and charismatic cast, 100 medium for shattered obv, 6 light for rapid slashes.

medium is probably the easiest to use and is great all around. imo for every build you should have 100 in your element, weapon and 40 intelligence minimum. i usually put the rest into agility, fortitude, and charisma. charisma has amazing talents and has really strong support mantras. having the extra mobility from agility is nice and having like 15-20 fortitude lets you use certain armours ...
